Decorating with Fall Colors

Decorating with Fall colors is always a nice transition from Summer. The oranges, golds, browns and deep purples make for warm and cozy color schemes. In this post we will cover wallcovering, fabric, paint, flooring and window treatments in the Fall hues.

When choosing coordinating fabric and wallpaper, Thibaut is always a great place to start. Their wonderful selection is expansive and representative of current trends.

From the Avalon Collection, the Waterbury Trail wallpaper in Orange on Cream is a cheerful pattern.  This pattern could work well as wall panels or in a kitchen.

Combing the gold and rust color tones, the pattern Phoebe in color Sunbaked from the Anniversary Collection is a nice small print perfect for a bathroom or a small space.

The Denmark wallpaper pattern in color Red represents everything Fall with the colors and leaf design.

The Benjamin Moore Williamsburg Damask Gold, CW-405, pairs nicely with crisp white trim.

The woven diamon scroll, Cassidy in color Persimmon is a heavier weight of fabric.

The Easy Rider fabric in Chocolate is a fun retro design and would make for a great cornice board window treatment.

The traditional damask design, Hard Days Night in color Adobe is a perfect mixture of Fall colors with the vibrant gold, oranges and greens.

The Purples we are seeing this coming Fall are so deep, dramatic and warm. Purple and gold as well as purple and cream are a nice combination.

The Thibaut wallpaper pattern Fiona in color Aubergine from the Jubilee Collection is divine. There is a subtle texture to the paper with gold and white colored leaves.

The color Cabernet, from Benjamin Moore, is a deep violet color. The dense, dark shade relies on infusions of black and red to achieve its deep color.

Another great fabric from Fabricut is the Chenille Damask Dubois in color Amethyst. A couple of cozy pillows in this deep color are sure to make a couch nice and comfy for those cool Fall nights.

The Vignette Modern Roman Shades by Hunter Douglas are available in a variety of colors, fabrics and styles. This light gold fabric is a great Fall color and looks fantastic with both dark and light wall colors.
